The Midtown West neighborhood is located between 34th Street and 59th Street, from 8th Avenue to the Hudson River. The neighborhood is also known as Clinton and Hell’s Kitchen. The neighborhood is occupied by many actors because it is near Broadway theaters and Actors Studio training school. Midtown West is a great location for office space because it is located near the center of Manhattan. Midtown West is located very close to to Midtown Center and Times Square. Times Square is the number one destination for tourists when visiting Manhattan. There are constantly thousands of tourists visiting Times Square. Furthermore, there Port Authority Bus Terminal is located between 40th and 42nd Street and 8th and 9th Avenues. Port Authority has buses that depart to all parts of the country.
