Our team combines deep industry expertise with the latest in technology to give clients a superlative experience. Our technology enables businesses to search for space all across the country, facilitates interaction between brokers and clients throughout the leasing process, and automates time-consuming and tedious tasks previously performed by humans.

Who you are:

  • You take things that are complicated and make them simple.
  • You are a strong JavaScript developer and love the language.
  • You are process-minded and can easily spot inefficiencies within systems.
  • You have strong soft skills.

About the role:

You will work closely with our design lead to conceive and implement seamless UIs for both web and mobile applications. You should be able to engage in thoughtful discourse regarding UI and UX design, though you should be a much stronger coder than you are a designer. If you don't have extensive experience working on mobile applications or back end development you should be excited to learn more about these things. We are seriously considering building our mobile apps in JavaScript using React Native; this should appeal to you as well. Bonus points if you have experience with or are intrigued by the prospect of hiring engineers.

What you'll do:

We are building an application we believe will increase the efficiency of commercial leasing transactions (of which there are $30 billion/year) by up to 200%. At its core the application will facilitate information sharing and collection among our broker team, cx staff, and client base. Eventually we'd like it to also include intelligent, rules-based ux flows and listing recommendations for our clients. You, along with our lead designer, will engineer the web and mobile UIs for this application. If you're willing and able, you will also build out the APIs that power these applications.

Things you have experience with (in order of importance):

  • Full time professional work environments (2+ years)
  • Asynchronous Control Flows

  • Design and build a virtual broker built on rules-based ux flows, a recommendation engine, and a virtual assistant accessible via email.
