Why would I follow a building?

There are so many reasons! If you decide to follow a building, you will see a monthly email (no spam or additional emails), which includes:
- Which tenants have moved in and/or moved out
- Spaces in that building which have come on or off the market (i.e. how “hot” is that building)
- Average rent for spaces in that building as historical pricing for it and other buildings within a 5 mile radius
- Any news about that building from industry sources (who bought or sold, or new developments, etc.)
- Updates on new activity around the building like restaurants opening or closing
- Updates on planned construction or road work within 5 miles
