          The Time & Life Building is located on 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020 on the corner of 50th Street and 6th Avenue. Completed in 2007, the building stands at 48 floors tall and features over 1,970,000 square feet in office space for rent, making it quite a sizable structure. Although an older building, the structure was renovated at the turn of the century and features an upgraded heating and cooling plant as well as a refreshed lobby and elevator system. The structure sits in the heart of Midtown and subsequently benefits from some of New York’s best amenities. In addition to hundreds of restaurants in close proximity, 1271 6th Avenue benefits from being close to to orange, blue, and yellow MTA subway lines. The Time & Life Building also stands in the heart of a central business district, making it ideal for organizations needing closeness to partner firms or clients. The Time & Life Building was the first structure in the Rockefeller Center to be constructed west of 6th Avenue and was designed by the Rockefeller family architect. The building featured two renowned restaurants - The Hemisphere Club and La Fonda del Sol. Tenants include CBS, E-Trade, and Time Magazine. The Building is also the site for fictional advertising agency Sterling Cooper Draper Price from Mad Men.
